About Ibile Day 2019
IBILE is a feature Heritage/culture of a particular Society, such as Traditions, Languages, Dressing, Feeding, Buildings, or Lifestyle that were created in the past and still have historical importance. With the fourth edition hoping to be a stunning event.
IBILE DAY 2019 is coming up on SATURDAY 31st of August in MANCHESTER with pride and honour of a birthright that is handed down from the past to us as a tradition. something that comes or belongs to us as a result of our natural situation or by hereditary that we must always recognize and celebrate.
ALAGA IBILE (of Unted kingdom, Oluwasegun Akindayo. AKA Sonsolo) has created a yearly opportunity for people in Diaspora, most especially in the United Kingdom to participate in this celebration. IBILE DAY will hold once a year in United Kingdom and its territories.
It is entirely a FREE event for everyone from any culture Background. Verities of Activities and Learning about other people’s culture will take place on the night too.
Our aim is to ensure both Adult and children in diaspora do keep in touch with the rich heritage of THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, and still understand the Black British culture.
